Your mystery box will be dispatched promptly via the most suitable carrier. You will receive a tracking number via email on the packing of your box. We accept returns products within 14 days. So even if you don’t get something that’s right, you can rest assured you'll be looked after.

We don’t do sales often. All items in our Mystery Boxes are based on their RRP on our site. We guarantee we aren’t stuffing them with clearance-type products. All boxes feature bestsellers, premium products and historically popular items loved by our raving fans.

Returns are not available on mystery box items. If there are any faulty products, of course we will rectify the situation if you would like to get in contact with us here. Otherwise, all sales are final. Please make sure to double check your selected size before placing your order.
